The Art of Caramelization

Patience is the only ingredient we add.

Our ghee is made the traditional way in small batches: carefully controlled heat slowly caramelizes the milk solids, for a warm, nutty aroma and rich flavor.

From butter to ghee

  1. I

    Real butter

We source only the finest real butter.

  2. II

    Controlled heat

Warmed gently and steadily in stainless-steel kettles until the water cooks away.

  3. III

    Slow caramelization

The milk solids slowly caramelize during cooking, releasing a nutty aroma and a toasted depth of flavor.

  4. IV

    Strained

The solids are strained away, leaving smooth, clear golden ghee.
